Insomnia is an inability to get to sleep or an inability to maintain a sleep pattern considered normal for a particular person, or irregular waking up during the night.

Many people have experienced insomnia at some stage of their life whether it be for a short or long period. Some people turn to medication for help, but insomnia can be resolved naturally without drugs, with the use of hypnotherapy.

Treating insomnia with Hypnosis

Hypnotherapy is an effective way of treating insomnia, assisting in deeply relaxing the body, before drifting into a natural sleep.
